See VirtualDoc in your own sample practice

One click opens a practice made just for you, filled with sample patients and today's bookings. Use it the way you would on a working day. It is deleted after an hour without use, or two hours at most.

Start the live demo

You sign in as Dr Naledi Khumalo of the Jacaranda Family Practice, a sample practice. A short guided tour shows you around; you can skip it.

How we use your details

Who collects this: J Modlinne Consultancy, 5th Floor Atholl Towers, Patricia Road, Sandton, operating VirtualDoc. Questions, and requests to see, correct or delete what we hold, go to hello@virtualdoc.co.za (Information Officer: Jason Modlinne).

Why: to reply to your enquiry and to follow up with you about VirtualDoc. Nothing else, and we do not sell it. The hosting and email companies that run VirtualDoc for us receive it only to store and send it for us, under contract. They are listed on our sub-processors page.

Giving it is voluntary. Without your name and email address we cannot reply, so those two are needed. Phone, speciality and message are optional.

What we keep: your name, email address, the optional details you add, the time you agreed to be contacted and the version of this notice. It is stored in London, in the United Kingdom, which is outside South Africa. The United Kingdom has its own data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), and our hosting providers are bound by contract to protect it.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@virtualdoc.co.za. We will then stop contacting you and delete your enquiry.

How long: we keep your enquiry for 12 months from the day you send it. Our daily clean-up then deletes it, so it can stay a day or so longer. We delete it sooner if you ask.

A keyed, one-way code made from your internet address is held for about two days at most, only to stop abuse of this form. It is not stored with your enquiry. This page also counts visits and button clicks without cookies or any identifier.

You may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa): Woodmead North Office Park, 54 Maxwell Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg, 2191; telephone 010 023 5200; POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za; inforegulator.org.za.

No card and no password. It takes a few seconds.

What is inside

Today's diary

Bookings around the time you arrive, a patient in the waiting room, and what needs you.

Eight sample patients

Charts with signed notes, diagnoses, allergies, chronic conditions and medicines.

Start a consult

Open the consultation and the call. In the demo the call is a simulated room.

Sign a script

Prescribe and sign on the practice pad with the demo authenticator. Every PDF is marked DEMO.

Your practice page

A published page with services, fees and hours, and the patient's booking flow behind it.

Nothing is sent

No email, SMS, payment, calendar or video call ever leaves a demo practice.

Everything in the demo is invented. Please do not type real patient details into it. Your demo is visible only in this browser, and it is deleted, with everything typed into it, after an hour without use, or two hours at most.
